CorGolf provides member retention intelligence and analytics tools for golf clubs. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, staff members, and authorized personnel.

2. Account Terms

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

CorGolf offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are available on our website and may be changed at our discretion with advance notice.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that time.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CorGolf, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the member data and club information you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CorGolf and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CorGolf and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period following termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CorGolf operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
